Hi there … I would like to know if I can bring something to drink and eat on the plane with me after I get through airport security. Is this possible ? My flight averages 4 hours.

I’m flying from Terminal 3 of Manchester Airport, but there aren’t many shops/restaurants there. The terminal is connected to Terminal 1, and the website says you can go between the two and use the restaurants there. However I’m not sure if you have to do this before security, or whether you can go into Terminal 1 after security.

Police suspect a suicide bomber is to blame, and they are working to identify him and find out how he was able to get into the airport. Investigators are also currently looking for three people who they believe could be linked to the explosion. Russian President Dmitri Medvedev has ordered extra security to be put in place in all of Moscow’s airports and railway stations. Despite the chaos, planes are continuing to land and take off at Domodedovo airport.
