I’m heading into town (I live about 5 miles out of the centre) and need to know how much a taxi will be on new years day at around 1 am? I know that it normally costs 10-12, but am also aware that prices go up dramatically on new year?
So does anyone have any idea as to which price to expect?
I’m going to Dublin in February and I am going to travel by bus to O’ Connells street from the airport but then need to take a taxi to our hotel near Temple Bar from O’ Connels street. Any ideas how much this taxi will cost?
I have a German Shepherd puppy that is one years old next month and am looking for a car that is big enough to transport it in if necessary. It needs to be economic and preferably low insurance. I have looked at several cars on Auto trader like a Vauxhall Meriva and a Mercedes A Class but not sure which would be best. I don’t want anything too stupidly big as am only used to driving a Corsa.
The government want’s us to use it because it’s more enviromentaly friendly.
But actually using it must be the most unfriendly experience anyone ever has to endure.
So would security guards on public transport make it a more viable and acceptable form of mass transit?

Just wondering if anyone living in London knows how much a taxi would cost from Victoria Station to the London Eye? Travelling on a Thursday at 9:30am.
